As a New York City native, exposed to residential and commercial real estate his entire life through his family interests, he is highly knowledgeable about neighborhoods and existing inventory, as well as upcoming trendy projects.

Daniel is an excellent listener and makes himself readily available with his time and attention. “Understanding a client’s parameters, and exactly what their short and long-term goals are, is always the first step. I then do my research and homework, and direct them to the best real estate investment that will fit their lifestyle and reap the highest return.”

He studied business in college before traveling as a fashion model. With over 10 years in the fashion industry he has made connections with top photographers and creative directors, soaking up the wonderful culture and architecture he encountered along the way. His entry into real estate was a natural transition. Pairing his lifelong passion with his natural creativity and innate ability to connect with others.

Extremely family oriented, Daniel loves cooking, trying new restaurants, a good movie and appreciates a good cup of coffee. In his spare time, he prefers an active lifestyle, whether running, cycling or training at the gym. His athletic background sets an expectation for hard work, continual improvement, and the pursuit of excellence.
