They helped with advice of what work to do pre-sale, helped provide GC recommendations, worked to bring in a great stager, produced truly top-line materials (photos, video, description, etc), gave good market pricing guidance and a listing strategy, and delivered beyond expectations, getting us a full ask cash bid within just 30 days of listing and closing just 30 days after that. Couldn't have asked for more, would definitely use Ben again, and recommend him unequivocally. In a crowded market he truly differentiates himself.
