Ben was so incredibly helpful! We were moving from out of town and had one short day in the city to find our next home. He efficiently lined up showings for all the apartments we were interested in and then successfully helped us negotiate terms for the one we chose. He offered to be our boots on the ground while we tried to arrange our arrival from halfway across the country and he even reached out after we moved in to make sure everything went smoothly. We hope not to move again for a long while but when we do, we will absolutely give Ben a call. Highly recommend!

He is super knowledgeable and has an extensive network which allowed us to navigate every single hurdle / issue that came up seamlessly.
