Meet Daniel (Dani) Sager

Native New Yorker Daniel ‘Dani’ Sager is very familiar with the gracious apartments one finds in the city’s grand prewar buildings as well as the new luxury developments, and of course, more modest residences.  He has an excellent knowledge of architecture, a keen sense of space, and the ability to recognize potential in all types of apartment configurations. His clients additionally benefit from his creative thinking, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to meeting their real estate needs.

Born and raised in NYC, Dani attended The High School of Music & Art (FAME) where he majored in violin, viola, and voice.  He went on to receive a B.A. in English Literature at Oberlin College and returned to New York post-graduation with a passion for textiles. Dani began his career in the fashion manufacturing industry, and ultimately designed men’s knitwear.  He opened and ran a textile print design business under his own name for 15 years, and for over a decade worked alongside his longtime partner, Brian, in his high-end AD100 and Elle Décor A-List recognized interior design business.  Dani managed operations, plus handled all marketing, PR and social media.

In addition to his professional expertise, Dani is a tried-and-true New Yorker who has personally rented and owned property in Manhattan.  Previously a co-op owner, he currently owns a condo on West 57th Street and is well-versed in all neighborhoods, allowing him to guide clients to their dream home and location.

Dani thrives in an urban environment (though he does love getaways to the beach) and takes full advantage of all the city has to offer.  He is an avid theater, dance, music, and opera go-er.  Plus, he collects art and spends time at galleries, museums, and art/design fairs.  Dani is also a longtime active supporter of and volunteer at God’s Love We Deliver.  He additionally enjoys travel both domestically and abroad.  One might even consider him a Francophile, as he’s been to France at least 30 times to date.
